2013. Because filing F2A I-130 for F1 spouse was not very helpful to
maintain/extend F1 status, if filing before August 2013 and after Oct 2013.
I-130 that was not concurrently filed with I-485 will be adjudicated at

To get GC before graduation is very important for many people, including me.
So I want to get the 130 approved asap.

发帖数: 8496 | 6 your spouse should naturalize, then you can file I-485. Otherwise, not
optimistic for 2014 PD to get current for at least one year.

发帖数: 12623 | 7 Like I told you, just getting I-130 approved won't help you. You also need
to have the priority date be current, and there is a 2 year wait for that in
the F2A category. So it doesn't matter how long it takes for the I-130 to
get approved, as long as it's less than 2 years.
Isn't there also OPT after graduation?
Some suggestions:
* You could stay here illegally after your status is finished, and wait
until the priority date to become current, then go back to China to do
consular processing. You'll have no ban because you are F1, so you entered
on D/S.
* You could stay here illegally after your status is finished, and wait
until your spouse naturalizes, then do AOS in the U.S.
