刚做过了，有些修正。
这个关于 vaccine 的部分，每个医生可能会有些不同。有些会能不打尽量不让你打，
有些却会尽量让你打，这个看运气了。

对于只要主要信息的同学：
如果有出国前的小黄本，带上。没有也没关系。关于 vaccine 的期限，至少看了
mitbbs 上的经历，好像并没有一致的答案。有些人说 MMR 一辈子，有些说8年，所以
最好问医生。
移民局主要关心四种： Td/Tdap; MMR; Varicella； Mycobacterium tuberculosis
网上查的是如果你体检的时候是 flu season, 那可能还需要打 flu shot。我体检的时
候不在flu season，医生说规定是如果医生那里有存货，就要打flu shot。我比较坚决
的拒绝了，后来她也没有坚持。下面有具体的出处，off season 不需要打flu shot.
MMR 要看你以前打过没有，以及医生对有效期的解读。很多同学都又打了
一次，也不贵。至于对身体是否有害，不知道。我出国时打过一针，这次医生要我再打
一针。如果之前没打过，就打两针。$113一针。
Tdap 是比较新的，比Td 多包含一种病的免疫。我出国时打了Td，10年有效，快过期了
，于是就重新打了Tdap, $100出头，就一针。
Varicella 是关于水痘的，最好打电话问问父母自己小时候得过没有。如果得过，就告
诉医生，医生一般就会把这个划掉。如果没有得过或者没有打过这个疫苗，要打两针，
$155一针.
Mycobacterium tuberculosis 要做皮试，如果包包两天后过大，就需要做 x-ray。好
像一般 x-ray 可以找家庭医生做，保险可能 cover.
费用: 基本费用是$200多检查费加 vaccine 的费用。
如果你需要 test 是否需要打 Tdap/MMR/Varicella 的话，就可能再抽血化验，化验费
每项基本都是$100左右。大部分人不会选择做Tdap/MMR的 test, 因为这两个疫苗都是
针对好几种病的，任何一种病化验阳性的话都要再打疫苗。医生不建议。Varicella有
人会做test，如果不记得是否以前得过或者打过针的话。
根据网上的经验，Vaccine 的话，价格不一。flu的话应该不
贵吧，从来没关心过。好像在自己家庭医生那里做血检，皮试，打 vaccine 有时候保
险 cover，有兴趣省钱又不怕麻烦的同学可以问问自己的家庭医生。

Rubella 風疹
没找到有效期，但是说 12-15 months 第一针， 4-6 years of age 第二针；成年人如
果小时候没有打过，需要至少打一针或者显示得过所有的三种病 （三个都得比较难吧
）。这个最好问医生吧。

孕妇不能打，有allergic 反应的也不能。

验血主要就是检验这个。

Flu shot
Q. When does the flu season start for purposes of the seasonal flu vaccine
requirement? Since the seasonal flu vaccine is required, do I have to get
the seasonal flu vaccine if it is not the flu season?
A. For purposes of the immigration medical examination, the flu season
starts on October 1 and ends on March 31 each year. If your immigration
medical examination is during this period, you are required to have the
seasonal flu vaccine. If you have an immigration medical examination
completed between April 1 and September 30, when it is not the flu season
for immigration purposes, you are not required to document that you have
received the seasonal flu vaccine.

最新的CDC vaccination-civil-technical-instructions 上说：
Influenza vaccine is required for applicants 6 months through 18 years of
age during the influenza (flu) season. Influenza vaccine continues to be
required for adults 50 years of age or older.
意思难道是18-50岁之间，flu season 也不用打？
