那意思是说必须要有“urgent humanitarian reasons” or in furtherance of a “
significant public benefit,” which may include a
personal or family emergency or bona fide business reasons.才能申请回美证吗
？普通的春节回家，或者看望家人可以吗？

发帖数: 12623 | 4 理论上是这样说，但是实际上移民局认为任何I-485申请者申请时需要离开美国都算
urgent humanitarian reason。
反正他们不要求你申请时提供任何理由。
