Just talked to the company immigration specialist last week, the attorney
said my case is not a strong EB1-B case(but above average) within the
company,so he suggested I go for PERM. But I have several schoolmates who
have similar or weak credentials, and their companies all let them go for
Eb1-b.
Do you guys think I should go for EB1 and talk to my manager to push it a
