I filed WOM 9/20/2206. District attorney recieved it on 10/04/2006.
So next Monday will be hearing day (12/04).
As far as I know, my name check was finalized. (I got confirmation letter
from FBI). And my second finger print was finished 10 days ago. But USCIS
still has no action yet.
What should I do in this week? dismiss the case or still wait?
any suggestions?
