I filed EB2 PERM, and have got I140 approved. Now, I am waiting for the PD.
My question is that if I change company, can I still keep the old PD? I
searched the BBS, it seems that it is possible as long as the old I140 is
not revoked. So, my understanding is that I just need to go through the PERM
and I140 application in the new company, and then I can still use the old
