based on published data at www.flcdatacenter.com
there is 7647 chinese got PERM LC certified from March 30 2005 to Sep 2006.
it looks like 500 Chinese certified Perm LCeach month. so Oct 2006 to May
2007, it might be another 4000 Chinese in row.
so 7600+4000=11,000 Chinese+family members for EB2 and Eb3, and X number of
NIW filers after April 2005.
not sure how many Eb2 and Eb3 before April 2005
