probably nonsense to many people though):
Suppose the old name check pool has 20 already, and every month they put in
10 extra and have 5 out. USCIS can only add in new guys only when the pool
contains
less than 50. Then for the first month, they can take new apps, so does the
second, the third, the fourth, fifth and sixth month, and until then they
can move every two months.
Now they take in 120 (from the whole year). S |
