1. H1 visa stamp may be denied. Although H1 can't be denied due to
immigration intent, VO can still deny H1 for other reasons.
2. H1 visa application may get stuck with security check. Inability to
return to the US in time may lead to missing your fingerprint appointment, missing RFE, or losing your job, which will trigger 485 denial.
