Part 4: usually this means other different kind of application 4 u other than
this case. I think you may need to state that you are also filing for H-1, and
I think this could cause a problem to your H-1. So better wait for your H-1
approval (experienced ones please correct me if i'm wrong).
Part 5: yes it refers to you in this case.
Part 6: if you have not filed other cases for GC before for yourself, put "no". |
