discussions on this issue. One person even received the letter from the BEC.I
talked to my lawyer and she knew this also. Problem is that hopw efficient
this BEC will be. However, it can't be worse than PHL center as they didn't
move forward at all in terms of the processing time. They even backwarded from
Sep.2003 to July 2003. What a shame!
