They have tried the best they can to follow first in-first out, but I think
there's problems with the way things are stacked. Fed Ex boxes arrive, they
put them in the corner and start working, but then they keep coming and I
think it ends up being difficult to pull boxes from the back out to the
front. And then there's the other issue: they got so overwhelmed at the
two service centers that they sent a bunch of boxes to the other two service
