最差情况下，如果EB1A被剧，并且将来被雷，还能转f-2吗？

递１４０就有移民倾向， 不可能申请f1/f2

if you are f1/f2 right now, you can apply 140 without problem.
once 140 is denied, you can stay till your f1/f2 expiration date, but you
can't renew it, you have to leave USA before your f1/f2 expired.
if you are h1 right now, it should be fine to apply f1/f2, I guess.
