收到信后发现，基本就是和正常的RFE一样。
除了几项和本版中很多RFE列出的一样，有一项原来没有见过：
"Submit evidence that you are one of the small percentage who has risen to
the very top of your field of endevor".
本人打算从两方面回复：
1. 让老板和独立推荐人再出几封信， 说明我是one of the small percentage in the
field；
2. 想出示有关文章引用的证据 "some of my papers are in the the small
percentage of most top cited papers in the same topic/journal?" 我有几篇近
年发表的文章都有30+ 的citation. 可能满足5% most top cited papers in the sam |

Yeah, I read your article. So there is some trick here in selecting which
univeristy(ies) and which faculty(ies), right? In your letter, did you
mention which university/faculties? Appreciate your help!

According to US News and Report, Cornell University is the #15(?) university
in US, but there is no college/school in my field at other top universities
. So cornell uinversity is top-anking university in my field. and I schoose
all faculties in the DEpartment of my-field Science except extension and
adjunct faculty. and compared my publication record with theirs.

this is the whole point you need to establish to get your EB1a petition
approved. This is the legislative intent and it was shown in the EB1a statutory language. See my post EB1a DIY from A to Z.
Basically, every claim you make, you have to show that you are "one of the small percentage who has risen to the very top of the field of endeavor".

这本期刊那一年的citation排名, 稍微计算一下就知道%了. |

I think the USCIS people did read my package because they mentioned
something special included in my petition letter. But something weird though.
I did not mention award in my package, but they asked me to clarify it.
they got it from my Resume.
I did not claim membership, but they asked for further evidence for it.
The same story as Laoda555.

thing. Just on the safe side, provide all the necessary documentation.
Try to use award and membership to support your contribution claim.
