信是4/6写的。如下：
our records indicate that we recently requested that you go to one of our
applicatoin suuport centers for procesing associated with this case. Your
cae is currently in suspense until you complete this process. A copy of the
appointment will be mailed for your information. Please follow any
instrucations on that notice.
第一句话怎么理解呢？我感觉时说他们已经要求我去某个地方FP， 但是为啥我就是没
有收到呢？还是说目前没有邮寄出来？ |

今天早上电话去问了，他们说，估计是FP邮寄丢了。 说是如果5/6还没有收到，再联系。

我们的CASE是在2009年12月中递的，2010年1月初收到receipts.但是一直没有收到FP
NOTICE。2月中的时候打过电话到customer service center, 给做了service request
，但说要等45天。于是在3月初发邮件给TSC询问什么时候能收到FP NOTICE。 得到的回
复比较公式化，就说他们正在scheduling our biometrics appointment, and it may
take more than 30 days to schedule it. 又等了一个星期还是没有动静，于是今天
我就直接walk in USCIS local office. 向他们说明了情况，他们马上issue了FP
notice,schedule在3月30号，然后我跟他们努力套近乎，他们就当时让 |

不成， 假也白请了。。。哎。。。。
