批准的EB1B当时都提交正式证明了么？还是就在petition letter里面说说？特别是3年

发帖数: 351 | 5 记得版上有帖子讨论过，需要什么样的证明。只在petition letter里提一下肯定不够
的。需要公司出证明。
》=3 年经验，如果工作不满3年，需要说读书时主要做研究来着，可以用advisor的证
明信和读书期间发的papers, patents等来说明。可能还需要加上，现在的工作也是
research oriented. |
