because both NIW and EB1A were denied last time due to lack of support
materials.
The lawyer efiled on last Friday and sent out the support materials this
Monday.
Soft lud : 5/15, 5/17,5/18, 5/19
Is that mean the uscis has received all the materials and send our
application to officers to review now?

it's really hard to say how many LUD you could get in the process after
submit the application.
if the LUD keep pop up after you submit the application, it could be the IO
updates your profile according to the application.

nothing happen. Did you pp? At least all materials were received.

Monday, the uscis received the support data in Tusday afternoon.
I tracked the soft lud from the website of uscis, which show 5/15 , 5/17, 5/
18,5/19, 5/20
I think the 5/15 is recieved efile forms day, 5/17 just update , 5/18 update
before they received the support data.
I will ask the lawyer to send us the receipts tomorrow.
The lawyer said because he mentioned in his coverletter that our cases were
rejected last month due |

搞不明白IO为什么弄那么多LUD然后就放在那里， 上次我的case就是这样的。

IO只负责最后一步，其余的都是收发室的人，归档的人干的
经常看到有的人说自己很快批了，我觉得是运气好材料分堆的时候正好分在下一堆的上
面21
就象visa application一样，IO完了之后就去再拿一堆材料，有可能这个IO拿过之后，
你的正好在余下的最上面
根本不可能是你的材料准备的好，IO先批
