Passport Identification Page copy,
Two photoes
I think these are all required by the instruction of I-131. Did I miss

see my parents....

发帖数: 12 | 4 谢谢了。找了找没有针对AP的Checklist。除了Cover letter, did you see anything
missing? I only want to mail things that are required. U don't think EAD or
I-94 is required based on my reading of I131 instrution. But I'd like to
get some confirmation from people who handled this before. Thanks a lot!!!
