24 hours in my case. It cost me about $18.
I just did this for my EB1A RFE response. As compared to FEDEX overnight (I
used for my original petition - The petition was delivered in more than 48
hours), USPS Express is delivered much faster; and, it costs about half of my delivering fee for using FEDEX.
