In order to make a service request and speak to a Customer Service
Representative, please follow the below instructions:
1. Call 1-800-375-5283
2. DO NOT ENTER A RECEIPT #
3. Select the prompt “1”
4. Then select the prompt “2”
5. Next select the prompt “3”
At that time you will be connected to a Customer Service Representative and
advise them you would like to make a service request. I hope you find this
