perm-based eb2 (LD primary applicant): PD April 20, 2010. submitted both
485s in the summer of 2007.
Started preparing for eb1b (me primary applicant) in the summer of 2009.
Filed the 140 application in March, 2010, which got approved roughly one
month later.
Send the relink request (mail and email) at the beginning of May 2010.
Call twice last week. Got approval notice June 23, 2010.

请问140和被连接的485在一个地方(NSC)吗? |

发帖数: 267 | 9 太穷了，包子在140批的时候都发完了。
回到楼上的，140是在tsc批的，relink request 后transfer去NSC的。
搞笑的是，我给NSC,TSC都发了email, 两个center都给我回信说要transfer我的file到
他们中心，我还说千万别把我的140转去nsc,把两个485转去tsc，幸好我没有乌鸦嘴。 | t*********n

请问能否给我一个Copy of your email request letter?
我做过phone and email request, NSC给了一个Confirmation，说system will
automatically process my case based on the priority date. TSC 说 please
forward your inquiry to the NSC.
所以感觉没有Link上，已经快一个月了。想可能自己没讲清楚， 希望可以借鉴一下LZ
的Letter。如果可以的话，能否发一份给我。万分感谢！
