，那会不会影响我的学生身份？
比如我以后申请OPT被拒绝？或者申请转学也不给批？
我查网上说，只要不file485就没事，可以申请OPT和转学。但有的网又说，file了130

student cause F-1 must be a non-immigration status without immigration
intent. However filing I-130 means you have immigration intent.
As you husband has gc, filing it now means you need to wait for several
years to get your own gc. You may consider waiting till your husband becomes
a citizen, and then file I-130. Ususally it just takes 2 months to get your
GC.
In this way, it is possible to get your GC earlier and your F1 | f******r
