EB1A 可行么？citation不多，但在本领域内还算可以的了。
需要花大钱找律师加强一下么？还是干脆就冒险DIY了？
我们可以claim哪几项？
如果版上有好律师推荐的话，麻烦给站内邮件。万分感谢！
Background:
top 20 US PHD, now titled 2nd year AP（postdoc position） in big state
university.
Short-term visiting Experience:
Ivy university, Germany famous institution, China top 2 university, and
other US and China universities
Publications:
in total: 17 (English 15, Chinese 2),
independent: 7 (English) ,
pure theoretical major, name in alphabetical order.
Citation:

If you want to apply EB1A, go fast!!! Because the EB1A criteria is much
looser than before, which make too many weak background guys apply for EB1A.
If you don't go fast, who knows when this criteria will become tighter
again. My case is approved today. Our backgrounds are similar. |

EB1B 需要雇主提供证明。我还不知道学校的相关政策。需要去问。
因为这个不算permanent的位置。如果学校不支持，自己能否DIY EB1B？
其实就是卡在这个雇主支持上这个要求上了，要不然肯定申请EB1B了。。。:(

发帖数: 128 | 7 EB1A needs 3 claims approved by VO. I think (1)review works (2) publication
(3) original contribution should be strong enough if you could organize your
materials well. If you could demonstrate your award is very competitive
nationwide or internationally, you could also claim (4) award, otherwise you
put these into your contributions.
