on 140, EAD or 485）. Current work permit will expire in one month.
So we want to PP 140 so that we may get EAD or 485 sooner. but the attorney
of the company does not respond to my emails. She represents our cases. I
am kind of out of patience. Can I get around her and file PP on my 140 by
myself?

I907的INSTRUCTIONS里明确说了，" The petitioner, attorney, or beneficiary can
pay the 1000$ fee, but the beneficiary cannot sign Form I907".在lz EB1B这种
情况下，他还是需要找公司签字的吧。
还是说你把自己说成applicant/beneficiary 双重身份，就可以自己签字呢？有成功的
案例吗？

的，足足等了2个多月才交了PP

发帖数: 3862 | 5 肯定是可以用自己的check的。根据i907的官方instruction. 也许因为这个案子已经有
律师的介入，只能继续用律师来做。
我想知道的是,在没有律师的eb1b情况下，自己可不可以作applicant?因为自己也是
beneficiary, 说是beneficiary不能签字。
EB1A是肯定可以，因为自己就是petitioner/beneficiary.
