application one year before H1 visa expiraion date.Dose that mean I must
finish filing before this September? I plan to try EB1A. I already got all
the letters and evidence I need, and now I start writing petition letter. If
I fail, do I have other choices? Whene can I find the related official
information? There are some many nice people here. I hope to get some help

can file I485 concurrently and with premium processing, then you have plenty
of time. |

发帖数: 1046 | 6 well, you can try Eb-1 with premium processing. If it is through, fine; if
it fails, you'd better go through Eb-2 PERM, which may guarantee you get 140
approved before H1-b expired. With an approved 140, you can renew your H1-b
for another 3 years.
