-link of my 485 to my husband's 140. It was mistakenly linked to my own 140
that I filed years ago currently in the appeal process. Just a few thoughts:
1。 800-375-5２83是national custom service number， 好像从早8点到晚8点都有人。
我觉得最好的时间是早上打。最忙的时间段是下午。800号码一接通，就按1,不用等他
把所有的option念完，按2，然后按6。稍微等一等，就会有人接。
2。最先接电话的是一般的staff。如果你觉得staff讲不明白，可以一开始就说：I
would like to talk to an officer.这样就不会浪费时间了。
３。给我的感觉，大多数staff and officers不是很清楚ＵＳＣＩＳ的条款。比
