My question is:
If I want the EAD ASAP, is it enough for him to submit I-140 and I-485?
If I-140 approved, he still need his work permission approved then he can
change his current work?
Or I-140, 485 both approved, he still need his work permission approved then
he can change his current work?
He may got a new job in Sep, what can I do for him?
BTW, his H1B renewal has not been approved till now. I try to apply for GC
