1.媒体报道。EB1a需要媒体报道的是个人，如某某人是这个领域的杰出人才，学术带头
人。Eb1b报道的是个人在某项领域的成就，如某某人的发现是此领域的重要成果。
2.获奖。基金及fellowship可以作为Eb1b的奖项但是不能作为EB1a的奖，因为EB1b是要
证明此人在研究领域的杰出而EB1a要证明此人的杰出。当然，一定要注意表述，提供证
据表明此基金是非常不容易申请的，注意应用数字。
3.审稿及发表文章。一定要突出杂志在此领域内的排名。 | A*******d

For Eb1A, officers at USCIS are still not sure if you can really benefit US
or not, even though you ted so many achievements; however, for Eb1B, they
are
sure you are benefitting US because the company is willing to sponsor you.
The sponsorship overwhelms any one among 10 criteria.
This can also explain why processing of Eb1B is usually faster than that of
Eb1A.
