只有自己，工作性质与原来相同，收入争取符合办绿卡要求，但是是在中国接项目，而
不是在美国，这样对办绿卡有毁灭性影响吗？
2. 如果这个方案可行的话，我可以长驻在中国办公吗？对办绿卡有影响吗？是否每年
要在美国呆半年才行？
3. 如果我拿到绿卡，不是美国公民，在中国办公，是否每年要在美国呆半年才行？

You can be self-employed, but you also need to have a status. A self-
employed person can NOT apply for Green Card for yourself. It must be either
employment-based or family-bassd Green Card application, not include self-
employment.
If you are on longer hired by a previously sponsored U.S. company, your EAD

Once an officer processes your I-485 (whenever that is, depending on your PD

For I-485 approval, you need to have a legal status in US. Self-employed is
NOT a legal status in US.
Also, your need to have an "employer", beause NIW is still the "employment-
based" immigration petition, and the employer should be a US company, not
yourself or your own company. |
