标 题: 请问大家有在485pending期间被要求面试的吗？

本人EB2 485 penging, PD 12/2006
首先同大家double check一下我对PD的定义理解得是否正确：是EB2 PERM被approved的
日期么？
07/06/2010，我收到以下notice:
Preliminary procssing of the above applciation or petition has been
completed, and it has been transferred to the USCIS office at:
USCIS-NBC, PO Box XXXXX, Lee's Summit, MO 64064
That office will notify you when they schedule an interview on the

what is differnet in mine is that my case's PD is current already. One or
more aspects of the case need to be verified usually when a case is
transferred to NBC. Please share your interview experience here or with me
via MITBBS email. Thank you!

看来这个interview并不是每个人或者多数人都有的，看来要好好准备一下了，否则会

1) Validation of Legal Status: Cases requiring validation of legal status
will now only have an interview if the information cannot be determined by a
Request for Evidence issued by the Service Center.
2) Questionable Admissibility / Qualifications for Adjustment: Applicants
who had issues regarding admissibility will not always be set for interview.
These applicants will not need an interview if the admissibility issues | p********a
发帖数: 48 | 7 Sounds serious, but thank you for sharing! The more I read it, the more I
feel I'd better well prepare for it...It's probably related to our family
move from TX to East Coast last year, while I have to work remotely for the
same company...I can't think of anything else...
