§204.5(i)(3)(i)(F)] 从来没提过引用这回事”。但是这个条款也只是说
professional publications，难道这个professional publications不包括学术文章？ |

见你的文章多少期多少页某人发的文章，而你的文章上也会给出见comment or news or

业杂志等等。new york times在这里够呛。
lz的错误在于没有理解about the alien's work。整个的report是关于申请人自己的工
作成就。作为论文里的引用，即使是大段引用，那篇论文还是写得是作者的工作，不是
申请人的工作。所以肯定是不算的。
