(2) I-94 (front and back);
(3) EB1A I-140 approval notice.
副申请人再加一个notarized marriage certificate.
主申请人I-131:
(1) I-131 with two photos;
(2) passport (biographic and note pages);
(3) I-140 approval notice;
(4) driver’s license;
(5) H1B approval notice;
(6) I-94 (front and back);
(7) A letter explaining why I need to travel outside of U.S.
副申请人I-131 不要我的driver license，换上notarized marriage certificate | s******t

You can put all your evidence in two groups: one group is for you, the other
one is for your spouse. Each group supports three forms: 485, 765 and 131 s
ince each form will share some same documents.

不过，485、765和131不应该是各自独立的申请吗？
