I am working in University of Texas as a research associate. Just asked the
university policy to apply Eb1B green card. It was said that they only
support faculty ( tenure or not), no stuff. The I140 form must be signed by
International Affair office. Very bad!
I only have 5 journal paper ( around 40 citations, include Chinese. 3 first
author paper. Two of them just published in last year ), 2 me |
