However, he mentioned that this would be the 4th letter he did in the past
6 months. He's wondering if the USCIS keeps tracking these information and
it may trigger an alarm. He'd like me to consult may attorney to find out if
it's fine.
Is it true? Do they track people who provide reference?

我又问了律师，他也认为对方是不是不愿意，建议我还是换了算了
