发帖数: 127 | 1 过去一年在一所学校里教书，full time，持H1B。现在学校要cut budget，要把我的位
置改成adjunct faculty，教同样的课，但是钱少了很多。我的问题是，我是不是应该
从full time h1b改成part time h1b呢？我们学校不管这些事情，当初办H1b就是自己
找的律师，所以现在这情况只好上来问一下。实在钱少太多了，如果还要转身份，我打
算干脆直接转H4算了。
请大家指教。有点着急。非常感谢。 |

h1b只能有一个雇主，不管是不是fulltime
h4不能工作

status" on Form I-129, Part2.
Form I-129 can be found on CIS website. But there are other forms and labor
dept doc associate with it. Suggest you retain an atty do it for you.
It is suggested you amend your H-1 now. Otherwise, you will be asked pay
stubs and/or past year W-2's for H-1 extension, which do not match your
approved H-1 salary. |

不打算extendH1b的，因为秋季学期结束以后我们就海龟了。这样的话，是不是还必须
要转part time h1b呢？关键是工资太低，付了律师费以后也不剩多少，又没多少天就
开学了，干脆不这么麻烦辞工转H4算了。
