You are so lucky! I have 70 citations but half is in Chinese, IO counted for

I know, I am just lucky this time, :)
But as I said, “我一直认为“引用”一项会是我的致命伤。好在后来用我的
research topics查了30及60年来ISI上能查得到的文章，证明这2个领域内曾发表过的
文章，少得可怜的。”
So I would suggest that you try some ways to evaluate your citations. For
example, use the keywords of your projects to search the total number of
papers published in a certain period of time using ISI or other databases.
In your petition letter, you can then explain why your citations are low
compared to other fields, however, your citations are actually

（8）6 封推荐信：4个独立推荐人（2个院士, 2个欧洲），1个导师，1个合作教授。其中4个独立推荐人的信都是我自己起草的（其实有5封的，但有个不怎么牛的教授，原来说是给签的，也联系了最久，却一直没签。后来我也就懒得再问了）。

(10) Petition letter: more than 30 pages （估计近期很少有人写这么长的了吧？！律师给起草的。当时看得我心里发毛，但又不敢说要删减，怕律师不高兴。这也是我一直认为被RFE的可能性很大的原因之一。现在虽然过了，也不知IO到底看完没有？反正我当时单是改这个，就花了2天时间）。
我想claim: publications, original contribution, and review。但律师还曾用我那个上不了台面的VerticalNews给claim 了medium report，我坚持给拿掉了。曾一度搞得关系很紧张。我一直认为“引用”一项会是我的致命伤。好在后来用我的research topics查了30及60年来ISI上能查得到的文章，证明这2个领域内曾发表过的文章，少得可怜的。
从去年公司答应帮我申请GC到后来谈不妥，我便慌里慌张地在本版上找了个律师，一头扎进去了。年中开始折腾的。原来只有2个review的，后来联系了10来个杂志主编，都是把我给加入到LIST上的，但真正收到invitations的只有7个。所以，近8个月里，我的时间其实都给拿来review manuscripts了，推荐信却一直定不下心来写。直到今年初。
这期间得了了许多申友的帮助，无以回报。只能在此谢谢大家了。帐号上的包子也少得可怜，等我再zan zan，485成了后，再一并发了罢。
另外，我倒是有些要求推荐信和给editors的信，以及我起草的review verification letters（当然，主要是咱从版上四处找的模板，再改写而成的）。现在先准备485，稍后两天得空修改了，会在本贴里。如有后来人感兴趣的话，我也不算白写了。
