发帖数: 50 | 4 Just came back from infopass today. The officer told me that the name check
process has started on 8/17, but he do not know when it will resolve. He did
tell me, however, that the finger print I did last March (2010) is still
good and I do not need another one.

I am filing a "motion to reopen". Meanwhile, I filed a brand-new I485 to go
with the approved I140 in TSC.
