will claim contribution, authorship, and review.
I included many introductory pages of journals (where i've published,
reviewed, or been cited) and conferences. Is this necessary? especially many
website printouts have long pages.
Any ideas to cut the pages?

and for those that cite your work, their title page, first page and pages
where your works have been cited and the bibliography pages.
