律师刚刚给俺发过来9089表让俺review。走EB2， 要求是MASTER+ 3yrs的经验。
俺有相关专业的PHD，master是国内的学位。
表中 4. Education: minimum level required: MASTER's
但是在J section,
11. Education: highest level achieved relevant to the requested occupation:
律师也是选了master，而不是Doctorate。
请问这个有什么影响吗？为什么不选俺的PHD学位？这样的话，简历中的读PHD的时间怎
么办？

发帖数: 1799 | 2 Your case is similar to mine. Just select master is okay for EB2 in section
4: education minimum level required. In section 11 you can select master But
the biggest question is the degree gained from China. My lawyer did the
same as what your lawyer did. My case submitted on 8/25/2009, audited by
end of this June. I guess your case maybe be audited if you just use your
Chinese degree. I strongly encourage you use your US PhD degree in section
11.
For my case, I really don't care what the lawyer

We will not include your PHD as your highest level of education received
since you received the degree AFTER you began employment with the company.
我是2月份进的公司，5月份回学校答辩拿的学位。
