Seems this way works for me. You could give a try.
Go to the search page of ISI.
1. Input your field in the"topic", then search.
2. You get a list of papers, make sure your paper is there.
3. In the left side of the window, select a particular year.
4. Change the right corner "sort by" window to "cited time".
Then the paper will be listed based on citation times in that year. | u*****e
