周收到信说130已经批准了，正好PD也到了，于是正高兴地准备递交485。现在我和LD都
收到NVC发来的CASE NUMBER和选地址的表，看上去这封信好象是给applicant不在美国
的啊？
1. 要回复这封信吗？信上说要交88刀，接下来4-6个星期给我们寄个package来。When
we receive your completed choice of agent and address form, we will send you
and your agent further instructions and forms to be completed and returned
to the Department of States. Until we receive your completed choice of agent
and address form, we will not be able to forward your file to the
appropriate U.S. Embassy or Consulate for further processing.
2. 可以不理这封信，直接交485吗？因为PD是 current的
3. 我收到的信title是 PAOSF I-130 UNIVERSAL; LD收到的title是 ACL UNIVERSAL;
