I plan to go back to China thin winter and need a H1b visa stamp to re-
enter US. Is it pretty safe that I will get the visa stamp ? How likely that
I will have the background investigation ? If you have similar experience,

try to explain your major to VO with plain words and let him/her know your
major is not in sensitive area. But no guarantee. |
