我的基本情况是，F1 过来读书，现在是H1-B ，公司给我申请了绿卡，但是I-140 is
pending, 补了材料但是还没有结果。我老公是公民，我想自己申请绿卡了，可是不太
会填这些表。
I-131 form
1. A number (where i can find this number, i have checked my visa and I 797
form, haven't found this number)
3. Class of Admission: Should i put H1-B there?
I -485 Form
Current USCIS status: Does it refer to H1-B?
Have you ever applied for permanent resident status in U.S.?
My current employer is applied Green card for me, but the I-140 is pending,
what information i should put down here?
I-765 Form
11. Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USCIS?
Does the employment authorization refer to H1-B visa my boss applied for me?
or I-140 form my boss send for me?
G-325A Form
Where i can get the Alien registration number?
I-130 Form
16. Has your relative ever been under immigration proceeding?
My boss applied the green card for me, I-140 is pending. How/what i should
reply to this question here?
