claim as media report? and also I have many web reports about my research
work with my name mentioned. some of webs rank in top10 in the world. I
wonder whether these can be claimed because they are about my work, NOT
about me.
I know many people successfully claimed these as media report. How to do
that? or standard is really becoming higher for EB1A now? anyone can help me
out here? Thanks!

EB1a and 1b regarding the media report.
"In addition, the plain language of the regulation at 8 C.F.R. $ 204.5(h)(3)
(iii) requires that the
published material be about the petitioner relating to his work. Compare 8 C
.F.R.
5 204..5(i)(3)(i)(C) relating to outstanding researchers or professors
pursuant to section 203(b)(l)(B)
of the Act, which only requires published material about the alien's work." |
