本月申请 EB1B，140 上周五批准（PP）。现在准备 relink 以前的 I-485 到 EB1B。
我的申请在 TSC。
仔细阅读了 USCIS TEXAS SERVICE CENTER EMAIL PILOT INITIATIVE: EMPLOYMENT-
BASED I-485 SPECIAL NOTIFICATION PROTOCOL。第二部分“What is the procedure
to notifY TSC when an applicant has multiple approved I-140s with priority
dates that are visa available?”中，第一条这么写的：
“You should identify ONLY ONE applicant in a single e-mail. E-mails must
pertain to applicants whose 1-485s are eligible for processing because the
priority date of another approved 1-140 is visa available.”
第四条又是这么写的：“if there are multiple family members, please follow
the instructions described in paragraph 5 under the e-mail instructions
regarding AC 21 portability (see Part I above).”
“If there are multiple family members, you should type them all on the same
line separated by commas. (Example: AIII222333, A222333444, A444555666).
You should also indicate which of the A-numbers is that of the principal 1-
485 applicant / I-140 beneficiary.”
我的问题是：按要求，在 one single email 中，只能 identify 一个申请人。那我和
LP是不是要分别发两个 email 给 TSC ？ 但是看第 4 条，又要求在一个 email 同时
列出主副申请人，这样我们两个人是不是只发一个 email 就够了？夫妻两人到底要发
几个 email ？
哪位 TX 有经验，恳请赐教。小弟在此先谢了。 |

priority date，那就多半表示你的EB1B I-140和NIW I-485之间已经interlink上了。这种情况下，不需要额外的交涉。 |

case, we just put two applicants (husband and wife) in one email. No problem
at all.

I don't know if it is true. Our EB1A I140 approval notice shows NIW-140
priority date. We waited for about 1 month but there wasn't any update on
our I485s (there was a soft LUD on Oct. 3rd which was said to be a generic
system update for many people). So I initiated the interfiling request on
Oct. 8. Both I485s got approved on Oct. 20 and cards were received Oct. 28. |
