find one or two from outside of USA. In my case though, I did not have any
issue with 推荐人全是美国的 for my NIW and EB1b. Both got approved with no
RFE.
My point is if you are working on EB1, try to find someone from the rest of
the world. I guess you can easily find 1 in China and possibly 1 from Canada
, Japan or Korea, right? Your boss can help you on this usually if you just
can't find any. The bottom line is you probably will be just fine if you
want to file your petition sooner than later but simply can't find one from
outside of USA.

globally.
Regarding中国的学校怎么可能在美国出名的? if it Tsinghua, in your petition
letter, you can quote it as MIT in China:) Many IOs probably don't know
Tokyo University, Hongkong Chinese University either. They may not even know
Oxford University.
Consult your attorney to see if what works best for your case. Good luck!
