up my I 140 petition filed 7 months ago.
And today, I got another email saying my I 140 need a name check and
background check and asked me to wait for another 6 months!
Can you believe there is such a freaking service like USCIS? |

This case is pending all required clearance.
Did naybody understand this sentence? Thanks

发帖数: 862 | 8 That means, if all informaiton is required and cleared, then the case will
be approved. The approval of this case depends on all the required materials
/documents been processed/cleared.
