know how likely I would get the background check ? If I got the check, how long would it take to get the visa ? If not, how long then ? I do computer science.
I actually will go to hong kong for a conference first. Can I apply the h1b visa stamp in HK ? Is it easier at HK ? Is it less likely to get check in HK ?
