my case is Eb1A 140 was approved, now filing 485 and 765/131, from Instruction, It seems need to write (C) (9), is it correct?
For AP form 131, " 3 , class of Admission" , how to fill this blank? my current visa is h1b, just write H1b ??

ANS: yes. C9 is correct.
For AP form 131, " 3 , class of Admission" , how to fill this blank? my

ANS: Form 131上没有Class of Admission这条吧！只有Application Type: 你H-1b的
话就选择I am applying for an advance parole document to allow me to return
to the United States after temporary foreign travel. | p*****n
