I received the receipt of my I-485 application, together with
receipts of concurrently filed I131/I765. I was assigned a new A# (AAA) on
I485 receipt other than the A# previously assigned on I-140 approval notice
(BBB), but the A# appears on I-131 & I765 receipt is still BBB, which I used
to fill in the I131 & I765. Does it count as multiple A# and should I
contact USCIS to correct it?

their GC eventually.
So, It should be no problem for your case. Just wait.
